SkyBlock has reset and updated! Lots of things have been changed and added, in order to make Skyblock more challenging.

  • Added the Nether
    • This is a second island in the Nether with some slightly different game mechanics. Killing certain mobs in the Nether will make them drop nether items (Pigmen will drop Quartz, Blazes will drop Netherbrick and Wither Skeletons will drop Soul Sand). As well as this growing trees will create a gravel and glowstone tree.
  • Balanced the shop
    • The shop now only sells things to help you start farms and blocks and items you can't get anywhere else. This is to make skyblock more challenging, and harder to get on /is top.
  • New Starter Islands
    • New starter islands have been added built by moumbear. They're much more interesting than the original islands, with more ores and helpful blocks on them.
  • New Kits
    • Kits for the leveling ranks have been added, these are useful tools to help you get started, or if you just need a pickaxe quickly.
  • Changes to block values on islands
    • Spawners and beacons count a lot more towards yours island level, iron blocks will also give much more now. (They previously gave the least out of any ore block other than lapis, they now give 3rd most.)

Enjoy! :)

Hello there!

The leveling update hopes to keep people playing for longer by giving everyone fun goals to work towards. Which is a long way of saying you can now level up on HarmoniCraft! This is a new completely custom system we've made which allows players to gain EXP and level up to get new (and some old) rewards.

Leveling up is very simple, first off do /level to find out what level you are and how much EXP you need to reach the next level,

There are several ways to gain EXP, these are:

  • +1-4 for killing mobs
  • +100 for doing /reward to get your daily reward
  • +10 per vote
  • +50 every 30 minutes of ontime

New rewards:

Most importantly this is the new way to gain the 'ontime' ranks, currently Explorer, Lord, King and Legend can all be unlocked by hitting certain levels (And the final Harmoni rank will be unlockable soon)

As well as this there is a new cosmetic for donators! You can now change the star symbol next to your name in tab, do /symbols in game to see all the new symbols, and do /symbol [name] to change it once you unlock a new one.

Do /Rewards in game to see the full list so far (more will likely come in the future)

New commands:

  • /level [username] - Shows you the level of any player
  • /rewards - Gives you a list of all unlockable rewards though leveling up
  • /levelTop (/lt) - Shows the top 10 highest level players.

As always keep in mind this is an entirely new system and there are very likely some bugs with it, it is already known that changing your username will currently reset your level, if this happens contact either myself or Welhaven (Greychair) and we'll give you back your old level.

Casper Thats my castle XD it's so beautyfull <3 :d everyone, check it out ;)

For the next couple of weeks we're doing a special build contest event for Parkour maps, everyone who participates has a chance to get their map added to the new Parkour server! Here are the rules:

  • 1. There is no limit on how many maps you can submit, or how many will get accepted

Although there will be the usual 3 winners, we are looking for more than just 3 maps. As well as this there is no limit on how many you can submit, just so long as they follow all the rules. As usual, use /submit in Creative to submit a build.

  • 2. All maps must have walls on all sides, a general theme, and fit into 1 of 4 catagories:

All sides of your map must have walls so you can't see out of the map, these can look however you want, such as flat walls, hills, decorated walls, etc.

Your map must have some sort of theme, this could be things like The End, a City, The moon, or whatever else you feel like.

The should be 1 of 4 difficulties, Easy, Medium, Hard or Impossible. This means if you want to make a hard map, don't have too many easy jumps, and vice versa.

  • 3. Maps must have a clear route

This just means no mazes or puzzles.

These rules are not extremely strict, if you don't want a single theme or want a small maze in your map go for it, just keep in mind that it will affect the way it's judged.

1st place will recieve 2000 notes and will have their map added to the parkour lobby

2nd place will recieve 1000 notes and will have their map added to the parkour lobby

3rd place will recieve 500 notes and will have their map added to the parkour lobby

(As usual if 2 or 3 people all work together then the prize will be split between them)

As said before though, even if you don't make the top 3 you still have a chance of getting your map added to the parkour lobby!

We're not expecting a lot of entries, but if you want to participate this is a great opportunity to have your build added to the server.

Finally, I'd just like to congratulate StoneishDuckachu on winning the Summer Resort contest, they've been awarded with 1000 notes.
